Template Magician restricts its end users for sublicensing, assigning, or distributing the copies of its “Template Package” to others. Its must not be translated, rented, loan, reseller, for profit or distribution purpose. Transfer of “Template Package” for the recreating or any part of it is not allowed. Must not be used for the actions necessary to create or develop a web site using this “Template Package”.

Licensing FAQ

Q: Can I make changes to the color, graphics and layout of the template?

A: Of course, Template Magician allows its end users to make changes in the template that fits the requirements within the HTML editor. If needs to make changes in the Graphis, you can do so by using graphic editor.

Q: I have two clients that would like to use a template that I purchased from you as the design for their own sites. Can I customize this template for their use?

A: It is the violation of the licensing agreement to use one template in developing of multiple websites. It is advised to purchase the templates first. Either your clients can provide you the templates or you can purchase on there behalf, from Template Magician and can be customized as needed.

Q: Can I resell your templates from my Web site?

A: Template Magician offers its affiliate program, after joining that it allows the web owners to sell Template Magician templates on there web sites and earn commission on each sale they made. The legal manner of reselling templates is by joining Template Magician affiliate program through www.templatemagicain.com
