Types of licenses:

Buy Now Price:

Buying a template on a regular buy basis does not imply that you have an exclusive right over the template and elements within, but that you have right to use the template one time on single domain only. All the elements including graphics and sounds are restricted to be used with the bought template. If you wish to use the same template for two different websites or clients then you will have to repurchase the template. Using the same template on two different domains of even the same firm is tantamount to the violation of regular buy license.

Unique Buy:

Buying a template under unique buy agreement means you can use purchased template as many times as you would like to, but in this case too, you cannot resell the template. Under this agreement, you will be the last person to choose the template. All the elements including graphics and sounds are restricted to be used with the bought template only.

Modification and Customization:

You can modify and customize your purchased source code up to your requirement. However, making changes and customizing the template does not entitle you to resell the modified product as a template at all.

Reselling Templates:

Template can only be sold using TemplateMagician's affiliate program and resale is not allowed otherwise.

Technical Assistance:

We provide chargeable technical assistance to customers pertaining to installation and integration of the templates, be they picked from TemplateMagician.com or other source. You can conveniently ask for the assistance by intimating us at support@templatemagician.com. Importantly, we accept only legally acquired templates for any customization or assistance and therefore, TemplateMagician.com will not be held responsible for customization of illegally acquired template. It is entirely incumbent upon customer to ensure legal acquisition and hence customization of source files including audio visual templates.

Information we take:

We may record user foot prints for the analysis purposes. Your email address and personal information are only stored if you subscribe to the newsletter or special offers. We do not share or sell this information to third parties in any sense except Government or state agencies for security purposes.

Information you share:

You are not supposed to disclose any information that may result in a financial damage to TemplateMagician.com in any sense. That information may include but is not limited to download links and order IDs. You may share coupon codes, special offers, and free templates with your friends or community.

Refund Policy:

If the template(s) you buy from TemplateMagician.com are found damaged (e.g. in color schemes), non-functional, or in contrast to your requirements, you need to inform our support team within the seven working days. Your complaint(s) will be redressed as soon as possible. The template(s) may be exchanged or customized but not redeemable to cash.

TemplateMagician.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Governing Law:

By accessing TemplateMagician.com, you agree to all above terms and conditions and governing laws of the State of Illinois.
